Return and Refund policy

Sush Mad's Return and Refund Policy: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Note about Unboxing Videos:

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you MUST provide a clear unboxing video taken within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The video must show the package's unbroken seal being opened, clearly revealing any issues, along with all original labels and packaging.

  • Signs of tampered or staged unboxing videos will NOT be accepted.


How to Start a Return:

  2. We'll provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Non-Serviceable Pin Codes:

  • If your pin code isn't covered by our return pickup service, please contact customer care. We'll guide you on sending the item back and may reimburse reasonable shipping costs.


Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (including COD charges) are non-refundable.

  • If your item doesn't qualify for a return or exchange under our policy, it won't be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Ineligible Returns

  • Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind (e.g., dislike of color, style, etc.) are not accepted. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing charts before purchase.

  • Fitting Issues: Returns due to incorrect sizing are not eligible. Please refer to the sizing charts provided with each product listing to ensure you order the correct size.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.


Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at



  • Minor Color Variations: Please be aware that the actual color of the product may slightly differ from the images shown on our website due to factors such as screen resolution, lighting, and photography.

  • Description Discrepancies: While we strive for accuracy, minor discrepancies may exist between the product description and the actual item. This could include slight variations in measurements or specifications.


Important Note: We do our best to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on our products. However, these minor variations do not typically affect the overall functionality or quality of the product.
